Empowering Latina Leaders for the Future
Research highlights that Latinas are a powerful force, set to represent 1 in 3 women in the US by 2060. As the fastest-growing group of small business owners and leading in earning college degrees, Latinas are proving their resilience and capability.
However, systemic barriers continue to hinder their advancement to leadership roles, with Latinas being underrepresented in executive positions and paid significantly less than their counterparts.
Organizations must leverage and develop Latina talent now. Suficiente is here to support and empower Latinas to step into their excellence, ensuring they receive the recognition and opportunities they deserve. Together, we can make a change.
Suficiente: New Latina Leader Development Series:
Transformational Leadership for New Latina Leaders
Participants in this cohort will learn how to embrace and celebrate their excellence, strategically plan and execute their work, hold themselves and others accountable, and provide effective feedback. They will also develop a clear vision for their professional journey, engage in collaborative problem-solving, and build confidence as transformative Latina leaders.
8-week virtual or in-person series
Leading and Launching Teams
Participants in this cohort will learn to embrace and celebrate their excellence while gaining the skills and tools needed to confidently launch and lead their teams, including setting clear goals, aligning team efforts, and fostering accountability. They will also learn strategic planning, continuous improvement, and performance communication to ensure sustained success and excellence within their teams.
8-week virtual or in-person series
Ya Soy Suficiente: The Gold is Already Inside You!
In this workshop, Latinas will identify and celebrate their strengths, engage in hands-on activities, and craft their visions of excellence as leaders. They will reflect on how their beliefs influence their journey and create concrete commitments for their future roles. Participants will leave with clear next steps and support networks to confidently pursue their aspirations.

January 2024 Inaugural Cohort
Luzdivina Lozano is a leadership coach and educator with over 21 years of experience who has coached and developed over 100 leaders in multiple leadership roles. She has served as a teacher, Principal, School Leadership Coach, Principal Preparation Program Managing Director and Vice President of Leadership Development.
She is the proud author of the children’s book, La Maleta, and the guided journal, Rewrite your Story.
In her most recent work, she is the founder and leader of the Suficiente: New Latina Leader Development Cohort which aims to empower and equip Latinas with the access they need to a safe learning space, a community of extraordinary Latinas, and a platform to build the knowledge and skills they need to have a transformational impact on the work they lead either as individual contributors or team leaders.
